Seems like I have a use for this journal after all! So excited and there's no one I can tell. 5 days of restricting and I'm down 4 pounds. I went walking/jogging for a few hours today. Went to the mall and had a garden salad with no dressing. I can't believe I resisted all that food, and I burned 600 calories! Grand total of calories consumed today: 180. THis is actually day 2 of the sacred heart diet. Woke up feeling really weak and dizzy but had a bowl of soup, a multivitamin and a pitcher of water and felt much better. I added sambel oelek (a garlic/chili pepper paste) and garlic to my soup and it tastes amazing. I didn't add as many vegetables as the recipe called for, hope I'll be ok. I took some before pictures, they are disgusting. I'm not going to post them until I have some after pictures to go with them ;) I never realized how awful my thighs are. It was really inspiring though, although painful to look at. I'm going to do some strength training before bed, and also in the morning (early morning tomorrow, 6 am! :o) Hope you all had a successful day as well!

This account is just for support on weight loss and fasting on different communities. I have a diet program to record all that stuff, guess I'll post when things become hard or overwhelming. Always looking for support. :)
